Andréa Price is a Central New York Realtor® specializing in luxury residential real estate throughout Syracuse and the surrounding region. A 2023 Greater Syracuse Association of Realtors® Shining Star Award winner, she combines deep local roots and market expertise with creative, high-impact marketing to deliver exceptional results for her clients.

A lifelong Central New Yorker, Andréa holds a degree in integrative neuroscience and completed two years of medical school before bringing that same sharp analytical thinking to real estate. She's heavily involved in networking throughout the local community, and brings that same thinking, communication and leadership to everything she builds — including SHIFT Syracuse, founded to bring Central New York's real estate community together under one roof, once a year, done right.

Who can attend?

SHIFT Syracuse is open to licensed Realtors everywhere — rooted in Central New York, with agents also joining from out of state. Admission is complimentary and made possible by our Founding Partners.

Is there a cost to attend?

Admission is complimentary for this inaugural 2026 year, made possible by our Founding Partners. Advance registration is required and space is limited. Beginning in 2027, SHIFT Syracuse will move to paid ticketing — 2026 is the only year admission is free.

What's included?

A full value-add day of coaching with Phil Gerdes — covering sales psychology, business foundations, the 14-step listing presentation, buyer client SOPs, magic wand moments and luxury as an experience — plus breakfast, lunch, dedicated time with our Founding Partners, a value talk from host Andréa Price, live Q&A with Phil, and a closing cocktail networking hour with a cash bar.

What if I need to cancel?

Space is limited and SHIFT Syracuse is expected to sell out, with a waiting list ready to fill any open seats. If your plans change, please text Andréa directly at (315) 459-3234 as soon as possible so your seat can go to the next person in line.

Will the event be photographed?

Yes. Professional photography and video will be captured throughout the day and may be used in SHIFT Syracuse marketing and recap content. By registering, you consent to appear in this coverage.
